Need Link to Monthly / Quarterly 1940's Consolidated Technical Journal ?

    I am unable to locate a website I came across a year or so ago that had online copies of a Consolidated Technical Journal from the 1940's. The publication was issued monthly or quarterly, it was for maintenance personnel and covered the latest technical tips and mods for servicing Consolidated types such as the B-24. Sorry but I've forgotten the title of the publication.
