Sorted by ascending table numbers of the distributed powers, i.e.: theatre commands. These war establishments are already included in the War Office volumes (I to XVI and I/AF to III/AF).
Some oddities that either stem from mistakes (e.g., EST for ESTCOM) or possibly from the hope that there would soon be a volume with this name (e.g., CDF for Ceylon Defence Force or Malta). They round off the presentation, but I do not think they will help with identification in this respect.
