Hi guys i was wondering if u guys knew of any primary sources for Von Bock in Operation Typhoon
Also if u can give some links to The battle of Moscow that would really be helpful
I dont think Von Bock is soley responsible for the failure of Typoon, Its a large and much discussed subject.
The are a some major factors of much arguement.
Lack of correct preperation for a a winter war.
Securing of the borders with Manchura freeing up fresh soviet reserves
Time wasted in Diveresion to other objectives
Id make a start with Wikipedia.
Ya what i meant was he had a small role operation but i was looking for some sources to prove my statments
You should try to get: Generalfeldmarschall Fedor von Bock: The War Diary 1939-1945 by Fedor von Bock. Schiffer Publishing (2000), Hardcover, 640 pages.
