One of the V.A.Ds that went to India was a Kathleen Seymour & one of her relatives sent me information that she had written about her time as a V.A.D. She also gave a list of hospitals in India that she nursed in. One in April 1946 was V.C.O's hospitals in Allipore. I am not certain what a V.C.O. hospital is & I can't find the hospitals in Alipore. Any help would be appreciated.

On my recent post I was looking for V.C.O. Hospitals in Alipore and I have now been told that V.C.O means Viceroy Commissioned Officers in an Officers Ward. Any help in hospitals in Alipore would be helpful
