RASC Vehicle markings of the 56th (London) Division

    My maternal Grandfather served in the 56th (London) Division in the middle east and Italy during the war. I am interested to know what the markings would have been for RASC vehicles within this Division in Italy 44/45. Would anyone be able to shed light on this for me?

    I understand the RASC units of the Division in Italy were:

    Headquarters, 56th (London) Infantry Divisional Royal Army Service Corps, 513th Infantry Brigade Company, 515th Infantry Brigade 543rd Infantry Brigade Company, 491st Divisional Troops Company.

    After some searching actually within this forum I have answered my original question. There is a wealth of knowledge on this forum.
