I continue the WARSAW series of articles in the footsteps of my own 2019 trip to Poland. I have read all major biographies of the legendary pediatrician, as well as researched dozens of books on Holocaust, Warsaw ghetto, and the German occupation of Poland to put this 6000-word material together. The narration goes through a prism of his child care institutions in Warsaw between 1905 and 1942 and a story of the last day of the appraised doctor Korczak.

As always, I would greatly appreciate your feedback: questions, commentaries, data add-ins on the article as well as ideas in what way my writings could be of more use.
