Just giving this a little bump as it's been updated with an interesting personal account of the 1939 Polish campaign.

Cracking blog. Archive stuff linked to alone is going to take a while to read. Photos aplenty.
Lets hope he stays as keen as the mass of stuff posted in it's first month implies.

Thanks, Enes. I didn't find it as such. Rob, the blogs author, started following me on twitter and after an initial read of his blog I just want to help spread the word. His work is of a consistent high standard and I know it will be appreciated by the discerning membership of this forum.

Should perhaps note - this excellent blog now resides at:
    German Military History 1848-1945

Tiniest tad hard to navigate at the mo, but archives links are on the right here:
About “Gott mit uns” « German Military History 1848-1945
    WW2-Specific:
World War 2 « German Military History 1848-1945

And I'll say again (as some others here also would doubtless agree), Rob's is one of the most worthwhile Twitter accounts to follow if Military History in general is your thing:
    https://twitter.com/1infanteriediv
Some cracking shots recently of C19th Imperial German Soldiery.
