During his time in Sousse Lt Bill Beadle CPO 67th Field Regt edited/wrote a news letter which he mentions in a letter home from Anzio. He had been an advertising executive publishing travel brochures before joining up so was very accomplished in describing places and events. He was also something of a sketch/cartoon artist. He decorated his CP's with various sketches and posters. He called it "The Lost Post" inspired by the fact that their post was going missing due to convoy losses and/or rumours that someone was stealing post to get at the contents. If this news letter was actually printed might there be a copy languishing in someone's collection that might be posted on here.
