    Does anyone have the start and end dates for the SPRING Rasputitsa of 1941?

    What a joyful November it must have been, amongst the blooming of Spring :lol:

    LOL I'm trying to tie down details on the Autumn one too and how fast conditions deteriorated.

    Sorry, slight digression: from the Halder Diaries, 10 June 1941:

    Preparation for intelligence service in future operations in Barbarossa. All intelligence sources must be cleared throgh Ic officers.
    10 June 1941? 12 days away from D-day???

    Beside that, not a single mention of weather there, a dry source in that matter. Oh, but a few 'honourable mentions' to the British Labour Party, more later :D

    Za, that's "military intelligence" as in those accompanying Heer HQ staffs etc., not intelligence as in the Abwehr.
