    This problem has still not been resolved.
    I belong to fourteen forums, eleven of which I use regulary but this is the only one affected which is strange.

    Anyone having email notification issues?
    One chap is getting the old problem, on a provider that has form for this before - just curious if people could shout out and tell us who provides their email service if they have no notifications to email.

    Tested onto a Gmail account and the the site is definitely sending out notifications as it should.

    I have "sorry,no new content" in response to when "view new content" is selected.Obviously an error since it is ongoing but how do I resolve it?

    Have you set the fields too narrow?

    Try 'Past week' and de-select any filters under 'Other'.

    And I see you're on a connected email provider to the other chap having issues.

    I have never ever had an email notification , mainly cos I opted not to BUT I have just checked my spam folder & seen one telling me von Poop replied to my conversation , what used to be called a PM.
    They do work then.

    So that’s where all the notifications have been going! My different e-mail accounts are all forwarded to Gmail (which in turn are picked up by Thunderbird) so I rarely look at Outlook.com for my Hotmail e-mails. There they all were in the Outlook junk folder and were not being forwarded to Gmail.

    In Outlook “noreply[at]WW2Talk.com” was in the safe senders list but the notifications now come from “no_reply[at]ww2talk.com” so they were marked as junk. I have now added the new address to the safe senders so hopefully I should now get notifications forwarded to Gmail.

    Unfortunately I cannot see a way to turn off Outlook’s spam filter so that all messages can be forwarded giving Gmail a chance to filter them.

    p.s. That seems to have worked. Now receiving notifications in Gmail from my Hotmail address.

    Otto is fighting hard on the email front.
    Glad to see results showing.

    Ongoing battle, though. Some providers have rather strange approach to blacklisting.
