    The huey is a beautiful chopper and such a versatile one too! Nice link Owen and well done Dead for posting that particular picture. Remember reading the book "Chickenhawk" about a Huey pilot in Vietnam. Great read!

    Restoration of the Huey Helicopter
    May be wrong but I think it was due to attend Beltring last year but some problem prevented it... never know, we may get lucky one year.
    That sound is 'distinctive' to say the least.

    Nope, Chinook CH47, very distinctive noise and frequently heard in my patch of the woods.
