    I think ground shoots by LAA Regts started after they got to France, when they discovered the Bofors was great against enemy infantry, knocking out snipers and observers in church towers, tall buildings, etc. The photo also shows them wearing the Canadian style tin hats which they got later.

    Is that the shell casing to the left of the front left leg?

    Certainly looks like it. They were capable of 2 rounds a second.
