Has anyone come across any information about Harold William ARBER? Born in London 1902, died in London in 1954. In 1930 he left the Merchant Navy and by 1946 was working as a Field Director for the American Red Cross. Other than in England I have no idea where he worked for them I have tried contacting the ARC but they were not helpful. After seven years of research I still do not know anything of his WW2 activites or what, if any services he was in. On the back of his photo' is hand written, amongst other things, "Staff Hill".
