There must be a clerk's error here, as 13 Corps didn't exist in April 1941, and was never in Greece.

Looks like there was a section of 13 Corps Signals working for "W Force Signals Greece" and under the command of Major Hugh Thomas Dennis Lonsdale Hessling, who got a MBE for his efforts in Greece,
