ILL TREATMENT OF P.O.Ws ON LINE OF MARCH FROM WEST PRUSSIA TO GERMANY, I.E. LACK OF FOOD, SLEEPING IN OPEN FIELDS IN A FOOT OF SNOW AND GENERAL BAD TREATMENT WHILST MARCHING. SICK MEN WITH DYSENTERY & FROST BITTEN FEET COMPELLED TO MARCH.
