1595556 Gnr Reginald Suvla Price born, 27th March 1916, at Rhayader. Presumably someone in his immediate family had served in Gallipoli, hence his middle name. The photograph was taken whilst serving with the 122 H.A.A. Regiment in the Orkney and Shetland Defences. Reginald died on 20th August 1999 age 83. His Royal Artillery Tracer Card.

T.D. many thanks for his father's medal roll details, which would seem to confirm the Suvla Bay connection. The photograph of Reginald was probably taken late 1942 or 1943.
