I'll have them all by then at a guess I reckon I now have close to a 1,000 diaries and around 500 to go.

I think the concerns being raised are that the few that have been done so far have been 'in house' for the launch & are marketed at a reasonable price at the moment. The danger is that the massive task of digitising all of the ww1 & possibly the ww2 diaries will be contracted out, as they have done in the past to Ancestry, Find my Past etc. These people are waiting in the wings & have the money & expertise, not to mention a certain organisation who we have had unfortunate dealings with on this forum in the past. We can all imagine what the costs will be then! . There is a hell of a lot of money to be made on this. I also have grave missgivings about the fate of the paper copies,what with the NA's onward quest for future storage space. Best Rob
