I have a World War 2 project. I am looking for any veteran to answer some questions I need answered:)

What were you doing before you joined the military?
    Where were you living?
    Were you attending school?
Do you remember how you felt about Japan prior to Pearl Harbour?
What were you doing when Pearl Harbour was attacked?
Did you enlist or were you drafted?
    What motivated you to enlist?
What did you think it was going to be like?
    What branch were you in?
Why did you choose your branch of military?

    What were your daily responsibilities?
    Any experiences that stick out?
DId you earn any medals or citations?
    How did you earn them?
What was it like after the war?
What were your first memories of going home?
What did you do afterward career wise?
Do you go to any reunions?
    Thank you ! - Libby

Libby, you could also consider contacting one or more WW2 veterans in the area where you live. If you are unable to get in touch with any WW2 veterans through your family and friends network perhaps you could contact a local Royal British Legion branch or other local organisation and ask for an introduction through them?

    Hi Libby

Perhaps from your references to Pearl Harbor you have more of a USA slant to your project, if so we have a sister forum as well that is based over the western side of the pond - http://www.ww2f.com/
