    The CWGC site records the grave of a Walter Einicke, who was killed on 18 August 1944 and now lies buried in Ranville CWGC cemetery to the NE of Caen. Given that 18 August was about the last day of the battle for the Falaise pocket it seems geographically strange for him to be buried here. Is this the same Walter Einicke?
