Idler, Many thanks for those tempting pages - I was curious to see how many pages there were about Salerno (my latest research obsession) but not sure I can justify (even to myself) spending about £10 a page! Perhaps later on I'll have to get up to the IWM to see the copy there. Regards Tom
Charley, if your interested, then let me know? That book goes for obscene amounts of coin on the web (some book sellers need bringing into reality!) Its handy to have. I've also some Indian Mule Coy diaries that i think may be of use in parts. You will need spectacles to read some of the pages. I've only managed to get my head around some of the shocking hand writing. Thank fully, all the Coy's used a typewriter as well. E-mail if required.. Regards Stu.
Tom, PM myself regarding this matter. I will scan the relevant pages for you, & they will be of top quality. Have I misted something, & who is wanting to charge £10 a page? Regards Stu.
I think he means that if he were to pay the asking prices online and divide by the number of pages of interest, that would be the rough cost.
I cant remember how much I paid for this book, I think it was about £50. May be another tenner. One price I came across, was a few hundred pound north of a monkey. The seller started with A.
