It's a load of fraudulent BS. They tried to pass off a picture of Moe Howard of the Three Stooges as an alleged postwar photo of Hitler. It got pulled from the episode when they got busted.

History Channel Thinks Moe Howard Might Be Hitler; Plus: Micah Hanks's Confusing Views on Speculative Fiction

Fraud. Thankfully the Hitlery Channel came to their senses and pulled the plug.

    Now it can be told
A rejuvenated Adolf ran a burger bar with Elvis and Lord Lucan - from a double decker bus on the moon !

Cummon guys - the rat snuffed it in Berlin - the rest is Sunday Sport/supermarket tattlesheet balderdash.

"Sir Richard Evans is one of the world’s leading authorities on Nazi Germany. In The Hitler Conspiracies: The Third Reich and the Paranoid Imagination, Evans investigates key conspiracy theories that flourished at the time and still continue to arouse debate. Through painstaking research and evidence-based argument he reasserts the boundary between truth and fiction, and looks at why fake news takes hold."
Evans was the expert witness who took David Irving apart in court. His book has just been published and he was interviewed on Start the Week on Radio 4 this morning. It can still be heard using BBC Sounds. He was particularly scathing about the Hunting Hitler programme that seems to have kicked off this thread.

+1 for Luke Daly-Groves on Twitter. His refutations on these Conspiracy theories are clear and methodical. And he really does a good job of pulling that programme "Hunting Hitler" apart. Incidentally it would appear that it bases its assertions on hearsay and happenstance, a bit like a Nazi version of "Finding Bigfoot".
As he says himself, a lot of these conspiracy theorists will try and find differences in the testimonies of Hitler's staff who we know were at his side whilst in Berlin, as proof of some underhand plot, yet they seem to have no problem with accepting the word of any "Tom, Dick or Juan" who steps forward from Argentina to say that their Grandad/Great-Grandad/Great Uncle (Delete as appropriate) knew someone who had met a German who suspiciously looked like a failed Artist from Linz!!! Hitler was a lunatic, and the very personification of evil but he was also somewhat of a Dramatist and the idea of fleeing like a thief in the night is completely at odds with the man's ego. It would be competely out of character. He could never leave the limelight like that. And you can be sure that in the unlikely event that a man riddled with Parkinsons and unable to walk properly would be able to escape battlefield Berlin, there is no way that his character would allow him to live in anonymity in some Argentinian hick town. No, this is pure hogwash.

The Hunting Hitler series actually did not produce any actual proof of anything, no matter how many "teams on the ground" they sent in. James Holland their appointed historical expert never once endorsed anything they found or speculated on.
(JH in fact said how his team partner said to him in a coastal bunker in Denmark "Jimmy if Hitler were going to hide this would be the perfect place to do it" ( or something along these lines ) , his unspoken thought was " you really think so" ??
I would have to ask what in particular you found to be compelling.
What I found compelling was the way they found "what might be a bunker" and "what might be a defensive wall", then later it was a bunker and it was a defensive wall based on the opinion that "if I were going to build a fortified observation post this is exactly were I would build it".
That the structures did not resemble anything that the Germans would have built is ignored, certainly not convincing nor compelling.
Also for a region in which so many people were afraid to speak all of a sudden no shortage of "eyewitnesses" evidence of Luftwaffe aircraft and U Boats - nil, evidence of Hitler, Eva or their alledged children - nil.

Moar proof that TV is for entertainment, not education. The Three Stooges were Jewish too and if they were in Germany, would have been inmates in a concentration camp.

I don't understand why the History Channel hasn't yet offered him a series.

Apparently it still hasn't penetrated truther circles that Adolf H. died peacefully in his bed sometime around 1957 in Neuschwabenland.
Everyone actually knows that there were only secret submarine bunkers in Argentina: Hardly an appropriate retirement home for the Führer.
And please spare me with this unspeakably stupid moon base story: These are the Aldebarans, not the Nazis!
Sometimes one can really only wonder incredulously about so much stupidity!
