Warwickshires..1940..Dunkirk.

    Is there a way i can find out the nominal roll of the Warwicks that survived Dunkirk?/

    Any help appreciated.

    What Battalion? There was four in France during this period.

    Best to start from the begining - As Miss Andrews once said, It's a very good place to start :D

    Why the Warwickshires? I'm assuming you are researching someone, if so you would need to spend some money and get a copy of his service records.

    If your lucky there maybe a nominal roll in the battalions war diary but as I said there was four in France and you'd have to check all of them. In my experience nominal rolls are pre deployment if your lucky to find one-If so you can use CWGC to cross off those killed. You could also email/telephone the museum.
