    WARSAW UPRISING LOCATIONS TODAY

I was fortunate to visit Warsaw in 2019 and visited dozens of locations related to the 1944 Warsaw Uprising, the occupation, and the Holocaust. In this exhaustingly detailed 15,000-word article, I researched the history of the fateful Polish uprising, the largest anti-Nazi revolt in occupied Europe in WWII. The preparations, strength of the sides, August-October fighting, and the consequences. The second part of the article researches the history of well-known locations related to the Warsaw Uprising: Bank of Poland, Prudential Building, Arsenal, and many others: churches, cemeteries, memorials, and how they look nowadays.

Your involvement and feedback make great sense, so feel free to suggest corrections, ask questions, and tell your own stories regarding the topic.

So pleased to have found your blog. Currently reading 'Rising '44-The Battle for Warsaw' by Norman Davies . I am also looking at the poetry of Krzysztof Kamil BaczyƄski , so a great help to see some locations of the Uprising.
