Waddington International Airshow 2013/14

It looks as if the BBMF Lancaster will miss the opening of the Bomber Command Memorial in Lincoln tomorrow due to recovery work not being complete in time on the fire damaged No 4 engine.

Apparently It is expected that engine ground testing will take place this weekend. It is reported that the aircraft down time has been used for other "window of opportunity" maintenance as you would expect.
