So, I've managed myself to finish the work - so let's continue ;)

As we get to the memorial plates, let's see who's buried here.
First of all - General Apanasenko I.R. He was deputy commander of Voronezh front. On 5th August of 1943 he was exploring frontline in his jeep with 2 other officers and were attacked by 2 german aircrafts, general were hardly wounded and died soon. After liberation of town he was buriend on central square with honor. But soon after this were found his testament where he asked to bury him on his motherland - Stavropol. In 1947 his remains were moved there and re-buried. But his name still here on memorial plate - in Belgorod.
Sadly, but my friend with camera didn't shot memorial plate of General Apanasenko, it is first plate in front of memorial. :(

Second is Major General Lebed' M.P. He was deputy commander of 5th Guards Zimovniky Mech Corps, this corps were took part in liberation of town. On 22nd August of 1943 major general were heavily wounded and died. He was buried in common grave at central square. We have here street named for him - Street of General Lebed', it is located in old part of town.
Here is his memorial plate - first name there is him:

Third is Sr. Lieutenant Popov A.I. He was commander of tank platoon of 192nd tank brigade that took part in first attempt to liberate town on 9th February 1943. His armor were knocked down and he died with it. He also were buried in common grave on central square. One of central streets has his name, it is one of oldest streets. Here is his memorial plate - first name is him:
