Villy la Ferte - Maginot Line

    Thought you might like these pics I took while work took me to Valberg in the french alps. This is the approach from the east which is the widest way up to Valberg. Thes bunkers were built at the same time as the maginot line itself and are of the same construction and were built by foreign labour. so much for being top secret.....half of it was built by the Germans who had large unemployment after WW1.

    I also have a few of the line at Cap Martin the fortification furthest to the south on the south coast near Monaco I will upload them when I get time.
