    Anyone know what those 3 inner circles are meant to represent??

    The memorial’s circular design is actually based on the cross-section of a V2 itself, shown at its original scale (1.65 metre diameter). Taking the widest part of the rocket, it slices through outlet pipes which appear as smaller circles, dotted at seemingly random points within the main circle.
