    Thank you Clive for posting this on what is the 80th anniversary of this tragic loss. I attended The Air Forces Memorial at Runnymede yesterday to lay a wreath for my father and Poppies with inscriptions for the three airmen that also lost their lives on this day, I also read out aloud their names, they should not get forgotten.
    My family were with me as this is a very emotional time for me.

    I shall be laying flowers at the Air Forces Memorial, Runnymede later today along with a card, I will also lay a card of remembrance for the other three airmen who lost their lives during this tragic incident.

    We Will Remember Them.
