What a pity that the Sturmtiger won't be completing the display, especially when it is a once in a lifetime chance to see the full lineage.

 

It's been confirmed. Instead of it being there they are producing a phone app courtesy of an online computer game company whereby you stand there in the exhibition, I assume, and view a computer generated image of one.

 

Too bad the 43rd Wessex didn't capture some of these behemoths near Goch, where six Sturmtigers, out of 18 ever build, were active.

It was mentioned in the latest issue of Britain At War that the Tiger exhibition will last for 2 years.

 

They are something to see....especially the King Tiger. I took these the last time I was there.

 

Looks like it's going to be my birthday trip this year. Must've been late 90's when I last went there.
