    Stupid twits have nothing better to do than deface historical sites. A spell in the Forces would do them the world of good.

    That's bloody awful. :mad:
    Good pics of the interior, Owen. Never seen the tank inside one before-or is it just an old water cistern some idiot's humphed up there?.

    The rusty one looks like it may have been one of the oil tanks for the fires.
    The other one looks like a gavlaised one for use by the farmer.
    I'm assuming the tanks were dismantled & re-erected inside as otherwise I can't see how they got them in there.:unsure:

    Does anyone know of anybody who operated at one of theses Starfish sites? I would love to talk to them for a Channel 4 documentary I am researching.

    Was there a site at Yoxter on the Mendips which was one of the decoy's for Bristol
