    You guys are making me feel guilty here you are helping out a complete stranger and all i do is sit back and just read all the things that you are trying to do for me brilliant is all i can say thank you again for the umpteenth time

    Michael - what me ? - strange Nah - Scottish !

    have deciphered all three pages sent over by Lee - page three was a copy of page one though - happily I had sent off page one to you and now pages two and three are in your mail -

    really sloppy clerking admin work at the end though as he didn't know whether he was coming or going transferring your Grandpa back and forth on the same day - but by then they were in Germany - and I suspect he was too near the Schnapps bucket - or he might have been practicing to be a Doctor !

    yep i think i will be around for a while i think this forum is excellent don't no what imput i will have to give but i will really enjoy being on and reading all about ww2 as it is a subject i really enjoy

    I use the Picassa programme from Google for my photograph albums, but all images are stored in the system.

    I have found with the programme that I could tidy up war diaries that were coloured yellow with age and it was just the use of one click.

    I am not so technically minded with computers and so anything easy to use is extremely welcome.
