Would anyone here happen to know who were KIA during operation Keystone in Holland, April 1945?

There is at least one; John Keeble, who was accidentally shot during a firefight with Dutch resistance.

    Thanks in advance.

Robert Boxall, as a member of Frankforce during Operation Archway, was killed on the banks of the River Elbe as SAS jeeps were queuing to be loaded into Buffalos to cross. The group were bombed and straffed by German aircraft.

A little while later on the same day (29th April 1945) having crossed the Elbe under fire, Captain Dayrell Morris (A D Morris), also of 2nd SAS, was killed a short way inland on the opposite bank.

Photos from, and courtesy of, the late William Cooke, 2nd SAS. Please note that the year date error within is from the time, and that the captioned "DUCK" is indeed a Buffalo.

    Always remember, never forget,

    Jim.
