My uncle Edward Walter Hunt died in Norway on 18/7/1945. He was a Lance Corporal in Royal Engineers Artisan Works Coy. Does anybody have any info please? Yvonne

Ybaker44, I hope you see this... L/cpl Hunt killed and l/cpl bowling wounded clearing minefield at Bodo, Norway. 2 Norwegian engineers and 4 german engineers killed, 2 Norwegian engineers injured and 2 Germans injured in same incident. Hope this helps.
