    Gentlemen (and Ladies of course)

I would be very grateful if you could help to identify the Regiment, the medal ribbon and what the letter stand for on this mans left shoulder.

    Many thanks in advance.

But the Canadians did not have a "Corps of Military Police" - they had the Canadian Provost Corps.

Certainly military police, and a badge based on the British CMP - but that extra C is puzzling.

The medal ribbon, I would suggest, is two; perhaps a 1939-45 (or 1939-43, as it was known when the ribbon was issued before the medals were designed) Star and an Africa Star, but they have been inexpertly and inaccurately hand tinted.
