hi all,first post on this forum,i have just received my grandfathers ww2 medals,lac1365912 george ingleson todd raf ,i have also managed to get his service record,from what i can make out he started out a air gunner then went on to be a armourer,he commited suicide in 1949 when my dad was only 11 so we dont have any info from him to go on,is there any experts on the forum who can help decipher what he did and where he did it,kind regards david it is telling me the file is too big to upload any ideas
Welcome to the forum , have moved your thread to the 'service records' area of the forum. May I suggest using a photo editing program to make your images smaller so you can upload them. If you haven't got one on your computer you can find lots of image resizers online. Good Luck.
