Hello all .. my dad was a lbdr - gnr in the 2nd med reg RCA was in Uk mar 43, sicily / italy Oct 43 ( operation Timberwolf) and NWE Mar 45 .. as a child, i remember seeing a pic of him in a book , standing beside or sitting on a bicycle hooked up to a washing machine .. apparently he was a Qual Artificer Gun B and also was a qual driver of motorcycles classIII .. Would love to find the pic .. if you have seen let me know doreilly1@shaw.ca

canuck is correct the other long time member is "Military Cross" - whom we haven't heard from in a long time - so perhaps he is just lurking and will come back in before the snow flies - he would be busy this past week-end though with the remembrance do's...

welcome as we seem to be building up the Canadian Content from the Maritimes to Vancouver Island - must be close to a dozen already - not too many if at all from Quebec....
