It looks like she’s decorated with the Order of the patriot war. The writing on the back translates to “For a fond memory in years of war to my friend Lyudochka from her friend Ania 1945”

Well.., to me the decoration looks like one of those Excellent Specialist Badge (Excellent Sniper/Machine Gunner/Driver, Baker etc.).

The correct place for such badges was on the right side of a breast. But fotos with a left side wearing occur.
As to the text, it reads "...for long memory..". A small detail, if it matters. The word память (memory ) was written without a letter "ь".
The word подруга (friend) was written two times as падруге/ от падруги, whereas the correct forms were and still are подруге/от подруги. That is to say, this word was written just the way it sounded in everyday speech.
The crossed out word is Лиды (Lida - short form of the name Lidiya).
