I just looked at google translate on my phone and had not realised it had a photo/scan function that seems pretty good, that may be the way to go. I fear if I drink Calvados and Cider i wouldn't be able to read or speak English never mind French! cheers all
As long as you combine the English with the French you'll be ok (in moderation, on high days and holidays of course). In my experience they go well together, and you'll find your powers of understanding and translation skills improve no end. Sante! Kind regards, always, Jim.
