    Not sure how to classify this animation style

    Would you call this 3D animation, CGI, AI animation, or something else? I’d like to know what people think.

    Actually, a timeless phenomenon.

    Even in the pre-AI era it was possible to make BS films ... how KG Peiper was brought to a stand with oil barrels during the BoB, according to US filmmakers in 1965 :pipe:

    The landscape of that "Battle of the Bulge" movie looks more like North Africa than the Ardennes. The last three pictures are dated January 1943 and were recorded near Oran in Algeria.

    Robert Shaw gave some great performances but for me, he will always be Captain Quint. Maybe someone will work the AI magic and have balladeer Shaw deliver his USS Indianapolis speech and a rendition of “Spanish Ladies” while in character as Colonel Hessler.
