Anyone out there met any Omaha D-Day vets.I Have visited the beach many times,usually out of 'season' or on our June visits we are always busy in the British sectors,so I've only ever met 1 Omaha vet. A guy by the name of Harold Baumgarten - injured 5 times while landing on the beach on D- Day
