My fathers coat

    He was a captain in the 29th Infantry Division. He went into the army in 1941 and was discharged in 1945. I also have a bunch of his patches including the 29th Infantry Division, his canteen, web belt and his mess kit with knife, fork and spoon. This coat hangs in my closet. IMG_2640.jpeg

    These patches were his too. He was also in the Tank Destroyers but I don’t know which division. IMG_5356.jpeg
