The serviceman that I am researching was a driver with the 4th K.S.L.I. and he was posted to attend the London District A.A.L.M.G. at East Grinstead. Does anyone know what the A.A.L.M.G stands for? Also he was later posted to P.A. Batman driver, does anyone know what the P.A. stands for? Another man I am researching was posted from the 23 Infantry Training Corps to S to T S Staff. Any one know what S to TS stands for? Any help will be appreciated Terry
In the case of PA, I think it could be personal adjutant. He would have been responsible for his administration of his affairs. David
