How can it be right, that Marines who volunteered for a "suicide" mission. Captured, interrogated, preserving the remainder of the mission and then face a firing squad after the Raid succeeds, get no recognition for their deeds because nobody witnessed the deed? The German records now show their bravery, they were named as murder victims at Nuremburg under the "Commando Order" and Churchill said they shortened the war by six weeks. They are honoured and revered in France, celebrated, commemorated annually, never to be forgotten.
