    Luftwaffe Towers in Vienna​

    In September 2017 I’ve visited Vienna, Austria - found and made photos of all six Luftwaffe Anti Aircraft Towers, known as Flak towers and Flakturm. These monumental colossuses outlasted Third Reich and World War Two but still make strong impression at short range. History of Flak towers during and after the War till now and photos.

    I remember seeing a couple of them in 1990, bloody huge great things.

    It was one of the most impressing parts of my week journey, taking into consideration plenty of different sites and locations.
