    Hi all,
with the success of th previous message, this time I would like to find a photo of Lieuenant Colonel THOMPSON, CO 224 Field ambulance, and a photo of Captain W. CHURCH, MO HQ 3rd Para Brigade.
Both were taken POW as they dropped in far away from the intended DZ.
    Thanks for your help,
    With my regards,

    Ludo

    Ludo,

    W. H. Thompson from the same photo as mentioned by Jonathan. Captain W. Church is a little harder to find.

    Hi Ludo,

You may have this already, a few details on a Captain W. E. Church from Jacksun's excellent site:

    http://powvets.com/pow-search/pow-record/?pdb=15852

There are many group POW photos from Stalag IX-C. Unfortunately very few are accompanied by names.

    Regards ...
