Hi Stephen. My uncle served on Kingston for most of its war service. I don't have a crew list but I do have quite a lot of info and photos of this destroyer.
I have a post on here re Kingston, if you would like more info please let me know.

    The Destroyer H.M.S. Kingston. G64.

Hi Stephen, you won't find searchable crew lists for RN ships. The RN accounted for their crews in other ways. Obtain his service record as a first step as per CL1 post #2.
    Regards
    Hugh
