    I neither do Uppercuts nor Computer games ......wasn't aware of wet or dry Sherman's ! - Thicker armour might have solved their problems of Ronson like behaviour ! Never that interested in them though just tried to ensure that I stayed whole in my Churchill - nearly did as well until Coriano Ridge !

    No problemo Tom, I know very well it's you who were there while I wasn't even holding your coat (missed by quite a few years and my government wouldn't like me to) as well as I'm more than aware of the Sherman flammability. However this had been recognised by the powers that were, and took measures as detailed above including moving the ammunition stowage below and enclosing it on a fire retardant liquid jacket.

    All right, I'll bite :) So what happened at Coriano Ridge and where is that at?
