German ? Stretcher Bearer arm band ?

    Are there any experts on German arm bands on the forum.
    Here are some photos of a medical arm band that has what I think could be German wording on the back and a large ink stamp on the front next to the red cross.
    It looks military issue to me, but not sure.

    Any help from someone welcome.

    You can also make out the Motto, Shield, staff, snake and sword of the Dutch Army medical services on the stamp.

    Does anyone know a date that this is likely to be WWII or later ???
