I'm part of a group that is working on preservation and ultimately restoration of a WW2 gun battery located in Castor Bay, New Zealand. As part of our efforts, we are collecting various artefacts related to the battery and operation of the Vickers BL 6-inch MK VII guns and the 3.7-inch HAA (MK 4/6) that replaced them after the war. Would it be worthwhile including dummy rounds as part of our display? If so, does anyone know where we can get such (donations or low cost preferred)?
