Hello everybody, Does anyone have any information on this mission? It appears that the team landed in Italy in the summer of 1944 and moved across the border to France (possibly to Grenoble) to help the escapers from the Piedmont region of Northern Italy. It would also seem, from an unverified source, that a Captain (?) Henderson was part of the mission. Over to the experts, Vitellino

If you've not heard these three reels before Janet you may like to have a listen. Christopher Woods (one who was there with SOE) was over 75 when this recording was made. It's overarching, and he, and the overall audio quality, were not at their best that day, but for me it's still well worth a listen. SOE in Italy And from a long time ago Janet.
